How to manage a Goodnotes account

Create an account

1. Open Goodnotes.
2. Select Create account.
3. Enter your email address and password.
4. Follow the verification steps if prompted.
5. Complete the account setup process.
   

Users may also have sign-in options using supported third-party accounts. Account options may vary depending on the platform.

If you have trouble signing in

1. Open the Goodnotes sign-in page.
2. Select "Trouble signing in?".
3. Enter the email address linked to your Goodnotes account, and a one-time code will be sent to help you sign in.

Emails may take several minutes to arrive. Check spam or junk folders if the email is not received.
